How are the weekly co-working sessions structured?
Every week, we host a 3-hour virtual session where you can drop in, work on your software setup, ask questions, and get live help. It's like having a tech-savvy friend on speed dial. You can attend the full 3 hours or pop in when you need help.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! The Software Only plan is month-to-month. Group Mentorship and VIP require a 3-month minimum commitment, then becomes month-to-month. Just give us 7 days' notice before your next billing date.
What's included in the setup assistance?
We'll configure your entire software platform, set up your branding, create your first email templates, build your client intake forms, and ensure everything is ready to use. You'll be operational from day one. Setup is £300 if paying monthly, but completely FREE when you pay annually!
How is this different from other software platforms?
Most platforms give you powerful tools but leave you to figure them out alone. We combine the software with ongoing, live support—specifically our weekly co-working sessions. Plus, we personalize the learning experience to match how YOU learn best.
What if I need more than 10,000 emails per month?
You can purchase additional email blocks of 10,000 for just £7.50 each. Most of our clients never need extra, but it's available if your list grows.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely! You can upgrade anytime. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle (after any minimum commitment is fulfilled).
How do I get the referral discount?
If someone referred you to Get Software Savvy, just let us know during your strategy call or when you sign up. You'll get 50% off your setup fee!
